In the third episode of Bubble Pipe Theater, Rob, John, and Tommy are joined by a very special guest, Alex Deligiannis. Alex is a color stylist at Nickelodeon, having worked on The Fairly Odd Parents and the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, and he created our wonderful sasquatch illustration. Join us as we talk about TMNT, comic books, video games, and movies.
All of us here at THS obviously love us some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and my favorite thing about being a TMNT fan these days is seeing all the awesome interpretations of the characters from talented artists.
Dave Rapoza has been taking the hyper-realistic route as he’s been releasing his TMNT character portraits, and now he is selling prints from his blog. My favorites are Metalhead, Shredder, and Donatello, but they’re all amazing.
Go check them out, and in the meantime I’ll be digging through boxes looking to see if I still have a Metalhead action figure.
Good news TMNT fans, Nickelodeon is finally letting some details out regarding their new CG TV series. Ninja Pizza has the scoop and the teaser video (which I couldn’t embed for some reason), so head over there to get your turtle fix! It’s hard to tell much from the teaser, but I like the character design. I’m still just crossing my fingers that we’ll get to see Bebop, Rocksteady, and Krang again. Oh, and Ace Duck.

I’m sure you’re aware of the awesome posters that have been coming out of Mondo lately. I totally missed out on their Star Wars prints, but I fully intend on snagging one of these limited edition posters for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles by Jeff Proctor.
The poster is going to go on sale sometime on Thursday, January 20th, and comes 24″ by 36″ for $40. Make sure to check in on their site because it will go up for sale at a random time. I’m crossing my fingers that I get one.
