Disappointment

Unfortunately, Wall-e has not been nominated for Best Picture, only Best Animated Feature. I think it deserved the nomination and the win, but I guess the Academy didn’t think so.

    I was hoping this would be the animated film to start breaking those kinds of boundaries, but at least its still being recognized.

    People put to much stock in the Oscars regardless, I think Wall-E’s success was recognition enough in itself.
