What did that Doozer just Say on Fraggle Rock?

My wife and I are almost done making our way through the Fraggle Rock Complete Series set, and we about died when we saw this clip from an episode in the fourth season. We figured out what it is that he really said, but come on, I couldn’t resist being a little immature and making this video.
