Hanging Out with The Muppets

Tonight I hung out with a couple of international superstars – Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog.

As part of the rollout for the official Muppets’ Google+ page, Piggy, Kermit, The Muppets co-star/co-writer Jason Segal, director James Bobin, co-writer Nicholas Stoller, and the newest Muppet, Walter, all participated in a Google Hang Out. The conversation only lasted about 20 minutes, but it was still a pretty fun opportunity to learn a little more about the people behind the upcoming film.

Blur price history

The price on all games will drop. I don’t care how awesome the graphics, how addictive the multiplayer or how immersive the gameplay; just like your high school physique that $60 price tag will not last. Sooner or later our favorite games are going to fall into the greatest hits bin, begging to be picked up for $15, $10, or even $5 before they die off. Knowing the mortality of game prices, how do we buy at the point to maximize our gaming pleasure per dollar?

Geek Showdown

When I’m not blogging here, playing video games, or negotiating hostage situations, I’m a freelance web designer/developer. I design and build sites like this one for cool people and businesses. It’s what I love to do, and I’ve been fortunate enough to be self-employed for about a year now.

When I first heard about Google’s program to get a free Logitech Revue, and then a few months later their Chrome OS Pilot Program, I quickly signed up as a developer/business owner. I filled out the applications but never expected to get anything, so when I got an email saying I was going to receive the Google TV, I was pretty excited. Little did I know, but on the same day I would get a Google CR-48 laptop in a mysterious box. That was a good day.
